Consumption of food with sufficient nutritional content is very important to achieve optimal growth and development in infants toddlers. Vitamin B a vitamin that functions for metabolism general the formation chemicals function nerve cells. This causes vitamins have an influence on brain function. The aim this study was analyze biscuits substituted pumpkin flour (Cucurbita moschata Durch) carrot (Daucus carrota L). highest B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 (pyridoxine), B5 (pantothenic) which were by 30 percent. more substitutions flour, greater levels complex biscuits. because carrots are rich complex.
 Konsumsi makanan dengan kandungan gizi yang cukup sangat penting untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada bayi balita. adalah berfungsi metabolisme secara umum pembentukan zat kimia sel saraf. Ini menyebabkan memiliki pengaruh fungsi otak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produk berupa biskuit disubtitusi tepung Labu Kuning wortel Kandungan (tiamin), B3(Niasin), ( piridoksin), (pantothenik) tertinggi disubsitusi labu kuning wotel sebesar persen. Semakin banyak subtitusi wortel, semakin besar kadar kompleks wortel. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kaya akan kompleks.
